No odor whether it's from a pet, food, beverage spill or other source is fun to drive around with . In fact they are often times embarrassing for your unsuspecting passengers. Our odor removal process can eliminate or greatly reduce these odors for you!
What is Ozone Treatment?
Ozoning a vehicle is a unique process in which o3 (ozone gas) is introduced into your vehicles interior using an ozone generating machine. Ozone then reacts with odor causing molecules in your interior by transferring an extra oxygen atom from the ozone molecule changing the odors chemical composition through oxidation therefore eliminating the odor not just mask it through a process called oxidation. This same process works to kill bacteria, mold, mildew and viruses.
Being it is a gas it can penetrate deep into vents, under seats, carpet padding,
headliners, virtually every crack and crevice that would otherwise be unreachable through standard cleaning methods. In most cases 75%-100% of odors will be treated and eliminated not masked.
Our Process:
1) OZONE generator is places in vehicles interior for a set amount of time determined by odor type and strength. Generally 30 minutes of treatment is enough for most odors and is often used to determine a baseline for treatment.
2) A/C and heat will be ran on recirculation mode to cleans HVAC system during OZONE treatment.
3) Open all doors and allow OZONE to dissipate from vehicles interior.
4) Use powerful fans know as air movers to remove any remaining OZONE gas from vehicles interior.
NOTE: Even though we follow the thorough process outlined above this does not mean we can always guaranteed complete odor elimination. Some things are outside the scope of what an OZONE treatment can eliminate but we can assure conditions will be greatly improved.

Do I need to take my car to you?
Yes, given the complex process involve with mold removal you will need to drop your car off at one of our service locations.
How long does this service take?
Service completion time is dependent upon the current condition and size of your vehicle. Most vehicles should expect a range of 1-2 days however we may need your vehicle for up to 3 days depending on severity of the smoke odor.
Will you remove my seats?
Given the complexity of modern vehicle safety restraint and airbag systems we do not remove seats at this time. Unplugging components could compromise your safety and we are just not willing to risk that. We also have the proper tools to work around most all crevices eliminating the need to remove seats.
